The acoustic/electric 314ce responds well to a wide range of playing styles thanks to Taylors medium-size Grand Auditorium body. Sapele shares mahoganys lively tonal response and, together with a Sitka spruce top, rings out with a brightness and clarity that give these guitars a definitive Taylor voice. Black binding flanks sapeles ribbon-like grain, with Italian acrylic fretboard dots adding a traditional touch.
