The CY-5 from Roland is an improved and more versatile 9.5 inch cymbal pad, and is the most realistic electronic hi-hat yet cymbal pad yet.

It features a 10-inch playing zone and swing movement for more natural, player-friendly triggering. It also has separate bow and edge triggering.

In addition, the CY-5 can be also used either as a hi-hat or as an additional cymbal pad, such as a splash, on V-Drum kits.
